Thanks to the support of Eldercare donors, a load of new Smart TVs has just arrived at The Summit! Amid the global pandemic, local seniors transitioning into long-term care are facing 14-day periods in isolation to prevent possible COVID-19 outbreaks. While necessary, these lonely periods can be very difficult for the mental and physical health of seniors, so Eldercare has purchased these Smart TVs to provide entertainment, access to online therapy programming, and connection with the outside world.
